Abstract

The CAHME Innovation Council unanimously believes that education is essential. In evaluating the competency domain of management and leadership, and learning from programs that prioritize innovation, we ask how do we develop competencies in future leaders to succeed in a period of uncertainty and ambiguity? What are critical knowledge, skills, and attitudes? How do you review, examine and evaluate innovation and weigh the risk of success or failure from a personal, organizational, and societal perspective?
