Efficient Consumer Response (ECR)
Description
Seifert is conducting ongoing research on ECR success factor study. Identifying the relevant success factors for ECR-Implementation. Research includes analysis of supply chain mangement and category management implementiation. Statistical data is based on extensive expert interviews. Experts were recruited among suppliers, retailers and consulting companies cometent in the ECR-field. Including experts from leading companies like Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive, Henkel, Procter & Gamble, L'Oreal, Metro, Rewe, Edeka, Wal-Mart, Arthur D. Little, A.T. Kearney, Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey, Roland Berger. First results were published in 'Efficient Consumer Response', a book which received high attention in Germany's consumer goods sector. Sold out after four month's, it is now in it's second edition.
