Description
Michael has experience in both lecture-based and experiential education teaching methods.
He designed and teaches a 2-day professional development course at Harvard titled “Collaborative Leadership: Building the Organization of the Future” that provides organizational leaders with both conceptual and practical tools on how to foster empowerment and cultivate collective intelligence in their teams and organizations.
He also developed and taught "Mindfulness for Managers," a three-part series on mindfulness for HBS MBA students that included didactic presentations and guided meditation practice. He has experience leading trainings in large group meeting design, group facilitation, and consensus-based decision-making.
