Not sure how to connect with more students? Add Student Clubs to your recruiting efforts.

There are more than 50 career-related clubs at HBS. By partnering with clubs, you help students learn more about your industry and your career opportunities. You also develop a group of candidates, and grow your presence on campus.

Clubs are eager to work with companies. Throughout the year, clubs plan a range of events designed to bring companies and students together, such as: speakers, workshops, career fairs, annual conferences, and career-focused trips called "Treks".

Here's how to get started:

1) Go to the Student Club List, add your search filters, and review your customized club list. View the club's website and email the club's presidents to introduce yourself.

2) Request a Student Club Resume Database, and view members' resumes that can be sorted to meet your search needs. Contact students that you'd like to learn more about.

3) Head on over to the Club Conferences schedule to see what conferences might be relevant to your hiring needs. Conferences are run by clubs and the dates are usually updated in the fall.
