In collaboration with six Harvard University graduate schools, Harvard Business School offers seven Joint Degree programs. These programs prepare individuals for complex leadership challenges that balance expertise with effective management skills. All Joint Degree students are required to complete the MBA Required Curriculum in its entirety. Students enrolled in a Joint Degree program are fully responsible for knowing their specific program’s guidelines for credit distributions during the Elective Curriculum (EC) Year.

For information on each program’s requirements, see below:

Joint degree students should assume attendance is required for all joint degree course sessions, and any variation to attending must be discussed with the individual faculty instructor in question.

Students enrolled in a Joint Degree program are expected to be aware of, and to comply with, the policies and procedures that govern academic and student life at both Harvard Business School and the second Harvard graduate school in which they are enrolled.

Special Note: Joint Degree courses meeting on the HBS campus are subject to all MBA policies.
