MBA Financial Aid is managed by the Robert K. Kraft Family Financial Aid Office, Spangler Center 2nd floor, 617-495-6640, finaid@hbs.edu. Students do not apply for financial aid until after admission to HBS. Scholarships are need based.
Students may take private or federal loans, if eligible. Students borrowing federal loans are required to complete promissory notes and student loan entrance counseling. If the amount of their loan exceeds the balance due on their student bill, a refund may be requested. Loan borrowers will also be required to complete student loan exit counseling before graduation or upon taking a leave of absence.
Financial aid is available only during periods of enrollment and is not available for remedial or repeated coursework.
