Certificates of Attendance

A Certificate of Attendance is a letter signed by the MBA Registrar's Office which confirms a graduate or student's attendance and degree.

To request a Certificate of Attendance, please log in to the HBS Alumni portal and complete the Request Form. In the "Special Requests" field, be sure to provide the full name you used while attending HBS.

If you receive an access error, please use a "private" or "incognito" browser window. For further assistance with your Alumni login and access to this form, please contact: 617.384.5977 (option 1) or by email at hbs@edusupportcenter.com.

Processing time:
Please allow up to three business days for processing. Certificates will be delivered by email as a PDF attachment.
