The LGBTQ+ community has historically been underrepresented in MBA programs and in business, but with each passing year, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender individuals continue to increase their presence in business schools and in leadership positions in companies and other organizations.

Student Clubs

Participating in one of the 95+ student-run clubs at HBS can be a great way both to explore interests and meet some of your closest friends. Learn more about student clubs.

PRIDE

PRIDE is an organization of LGBTQ+ students and their partners. The club provides a close-knit community for its 70+ members, and works to drive change around LGBTQ+ issues in the workplace, at Harvard Business School, and in the local community.

For prospective students, admits, and pre-matriculants wishing to learn more about PRIDE and the larger queer community at HBS, Harvard, and/or Boston, please reach out to pride+studentclubs.hbs.edu and your message will be forwarded to the club’s Admissions Liaisons team of current MBA students.
