Rob Zeaske

Rob oversees SEI’s strategy and operations, including MBA and executive education programming, alumni and practitioner engagement, and faculty research and curriculum support. Rob is a seasoned executive and social entrepreneur who has rapidly grown multiple mission-driven organizations across social issues such as education, hunger, media, and international relief and development. Prior to joining HBS, Rob supported the rapid scaling of The GroundTruth Project, home of Report For America, to address our nation’s growing crisis in local news. Previously, Rob served as CEO of Second Harvest Heartland, one of the nation’s largest hunger relief and nutrition organizations, where he launched innovative programs that became industry best practices. Before Second Harvest, Rob grew Jumpstart to a national brand through the award-winning “Read for the Record” campaign. As a Harvard Business School Leadership Fellow, Rob developed new models for program measurement and strategy at Mercy Corps. In 2018, Rob was named one of ten “Most Admired CEOs” by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal and is a previous “Forty Under 40” winner. He serves on the Stanford Alumni Association Board, is a member of Young President’s Organization, and continues to volunteer in multiple non-profit leadership roles. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University.
