Leadership Fellows
The Leadership Fellows program is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a select group of graduating students to experience high-impact management positions in nonprofit and public-sector organizations for one year at a competitive salary. The program provides social-sector organizations access to analytic and strategic talents of our MBAs and encourages emerging leaders to develop an understanding of the complexities of leading in the social sector.
Summer Fellows
The Summer Fellows Program enables students to apply their classroom training as they explore career opportunities in roles or regions where compensation is generally lower than the traditional MBA level.

These provide second-year MBA students the opportunity to apply their skills to the real-world challenges facing social enterprises. Under faculty supervision, individuals or teams of students work on a project of strategic importance to the organization and report their recommendations at the end of the term.
